My class will conclude pretty soon. I need to catch up on the bundles of reaction papers in queue and I have to finish off some requirements that I manage to work on halfway. It's ridiculous that our professor assigned significant numbers of reaction papers and not to mention the quizzes every meeting. I think it's already too much we can bear. I just hope she took into account the fact that the big slice of the class are employed.
So much for that rant after all she's the professor I'm just venting my side.
'BOUT MY SKED...
I'm glad to say that I'm at ease with my current schedule. No more waking up early, no more hematoma. I just don't know but I notice when I'm lacking sleep small hematomas are always visible (scary huh) that's why I always have ferrous sulfate in my cabinet.
ON THE OTHER NOTE....
I've just talked to a student of mine who happened to be a rehabilitation doctor in Korea. I've just inquired about what to eat at night before going to bed considering my work schedule. Most of the time I go to bed in the wee hours and get up late in the morning. Another concern is, I noticed that I'm out of shape these days. He conjured up to get rid of carbo intake at night (which I'm guilty of). He added that we could have all we want in the morning no matter what the amount is. And lastly, we could never say no to exercise, it's a must.
That's it folks!
